This collar is available in 2 sizes:

Medium:

-20mm (approx 3/4") wide.
-Made to fit a 8 1/2" - 13 1/2" (21 - 35cm) neck. 

Large:
-25mm (1") wide.
-Made to fit a 10 1/2" - 17 1/2" (27 - 45cm) neck.
