Shipping policy

Shipping used within New Zealand is via NZ Post.  Items are shipped for next day delivery, however, delays may occur if an item is being delivered to a rural address or if there are unexpected delays with from NZ Post which are outside our control.

International items are shipped via DHL Express, delivery is ususally between 3-7 days.  For Australia there is also the option to ship via NZ Post with delivery times between 7-15 days.
